He decides this is a great time to move her, so he lifts her back onto the couch and strangles her from behind again. She kicks and tries to scream but nothing comes out. This time she cannot wiggle herself out of his grasp and after minutes of struggling, finally succumbs to his powerful thrusts against her throat, her body twitching in death.
